The PILAR V Naval Version is a maritime sensor that offers extremely precise shot location, with an accuracy of :

  • Azimuth: ±5°
  • Elevation: ±5°
  • Range: ±20%

The system is also able to identify multiple calibers of weaponry and differentiate between types of attack, whether isolated shots or bursts.

An additional feature enables detection of multiple threats, such as RPG or mortar fire.

Slew-to-cue capability enables the system to automatically integrate and guide a Remote Weapon Station (RWS), optimizing the responsiveness and effectiveness of countermeasures against detected threats.

Interfacing with a Combat Management System (CMS) makes it possible to designate the shots’ origins on mission map and to optimize situational awareness of threatening areas of coastlines and for sharing combat information.
